A correction is a correction. The wrong entry stops affecting the ledger while the original receipt and words stay attached for the record.

No. The optional Google connection is deliberately one-way: Foley writes job windows to a separate “Foley Jobs” calendar so you can see the schedule in Google. She does not read your other calendars, decide when you are free, or book customers into them.
Authorized crew can call or text in their own hours, cash costs, commitments, notes and work. Quotes, loaded labour dollars, commitment amounts, final invoices, closeout lessons and job results stay owner-only. Only the owner changes commitment and change-order state.
