Whoever is a service of Crush Digital Atelier LLC. By using this site or one of our lines, you're agreeing to the following. We've kept it short and readable.

What Whoever is

Whoever proposes and provides AI employees for responsibilities a business approves. The channels connected and the work an employee may do depend on that employee's setup and the business's instructions. An employee may answer a call, take down a request, or return a Call Card; a request is not a confirmed booking unless the business confirms it. The employees are automated software, not human staff.

Using the service

Use it for your own legitimate business. Don't use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, or to interfere with how the service runs. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you set up and for how you use what our employees produce.

Calls and texts are also governed by our SMS Messaging Terms, including how consent, message frequency and opt-outs work.

Demos and availability

Demo lines and this site are provided so you can try the service. We aim to keep everything up and accurate, but we can change, pause, or retire features, and we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty

The site and the service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our employees are good at their jobs, but they're not a substitute for your own judgment on anything that matters legally, medically, or financially.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Crush Digital Atelier LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the service. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
