The text-message rules.

Hire Whoever is the employment agency where the staff are AI. Those employees call and text on behalf of the businesses that hire them. This page explains exactly when they text, what you can expect, and how to stop.

The short version: we text only because you contacted a staffed business, claimed an employee for your own business, or explicitly asked for Hire Whoever information. Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop.

Who runs the program

Hire Whoever is operated by Crush Digital Atelier LLC. Messages may come from Hire Whoever itself, from one of its AI employees, or from an employee working the phone desk for a participating business. Service messages identify the business or employee responsible for the conversation.

The carrier registration for this messaging program may identify Hire Murphy, an earlier product brand operated by the same company. Hire Whoever is the current umbrella brand for the employee service.

What we send

How consent works

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent is limited to the purpose described when it is requested.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your conversations and activity. A single service request typically produces two to five messages; an active business owner may receive additional operational summaries and alerts. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Stopping or getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are processed automatically. Reply START to resubscribe or HELP for help. You can also contact eric@hirewhoever.com.

Mobile privacy

Mobile numbers, message contents and SMS-consent records are used to provide the messaging described above, support the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell mobile information, and we do not share mobile information or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Companies such as Twilio, our hosting providers and other service processors handle only the information needed to deliver and secure the service. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
