Whoever is a service of Crush Digital Atelier LLC. This is the plain-English version of what we collect and what we do with it. No dark patterns, no data brokering.

What we collect

Only what you hand us, plus the basics any website records:

• When you reach out - by email, through the "Talk to Annie" line, or the audition form (your name, business, what you do, how to reach you, and your website if you share one) - we keep what you hand us so we can build your employee and reply.
• Call and text handling - calls placed to our demo and service lines may be recorded and transcribed. That's how the service takes a message, books the job, and gets better over time. Every employee tells you it's automated the moment you ask. Texts to our lines get automated replies - reply STOP any time and they stop.
• Standard logs - like most sites, our host records basic request data (IP, browser, pages) to keep things running and secure.

Website analytics and browser storage

The marketing website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate usage information. It does not use analytics cookies. See Vercel's analytics privacy information for the data it processes.

The Annie text desk uses your browser's session storage to keep the conversation available during your visit. Its stored conversation expires after 24 hours and is normally cleared when you close the tab. This is separate from the conversation information sent to our service so Annie can respond. Closing a tab does not delete server-side records; contact us to request deletion.

Payment and other linked services have their own privacy and storage practices. We do not use advertising trackers on this marketing website.

How we use it

To reply to you, to run the service you asked for, and to improve how our employees do the job. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who helps us run it

We rely on a few trusted providers to make the phones and the site work - telephony, AI, email, and hosting partners such as Twilio, OpenAI, Resend, and Vercel. They only process what's needed to deliver the service, under their own privacy commitments.
